By purchasing from Bionaturesse, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. General

Bionaturesse is a natural skincare and haircare brand based in Marrakech, Morocco. We sell and ship our products internationally, with a primary focus on customers in the United Kingdom. By contacting us and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Products

All Bionaturesse products are made from 100% natural ingredients inspired by Moroccan botanical heritage. We take great care in the quality and preparation of every product. However, results may vary from person to person depending on individual skin and hair type.

We recommend performing a small patch test before first use. If you have a known allergy or skin condition, please consult a healthcare professional before using our products.

3. Orders

Orders are placed directly via WhatsApp or email. An order is considered confirmed only after we have acknowledged it and provided you with payment details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case any payment already received will be fully refunded.

4. Pricing

All prices are communicated directly to the customer at the time of ordering. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on the weight and size of the parcel, at a standard rate of £30 per kilogram, and are detailed in a shipping invoice sent before dispatch.

Bionaturesse reserves the right to update prices at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Payment

Payment is made via international money transfer through services such as RIA Money Transfer, Western Union, or equivalent agencies. Payment details are shared privately via WhatsApp upon order confirmation.

Orders are only processed once full payment has been received and verified. Proof of payment must be sent to us via WhatsApp before preparation begins.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders through Aramex to all areas across the United Kingdom. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines depend on the destination and Aramex's schedule. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Bionaturesse cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs procedures.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the same transfer method used for the original payment.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you share with us — including your name, address, and contact details — is used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order. We do not share your information with any third parties.
