Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is unused and unopened
• The return request is made within 48 hours of receiving your order
• The item is in its original condition and packaging

We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used, due to the nature of our natural formulations and hygiene standards.

How to Return Your Order

Step 1 — Contact Us First Before sending anything back, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email to inform us of the issue. We will guide you through the process.

Step 2 — Ship the Product Back to Us Once your return is approved, you will need to send the product to our address:

Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

Step 3 — Receive Your Refund Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund promptly. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable — the refund will cover the product price only, minus the original delivery charges, as these are non-recoverable from the courier.

Important Notes

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds are processed via the same transfer method used for the original payment
• Products returned without prior notice will not be accepted

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. In such cases, we will cover all costs and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
